For EPR Plastic - if you are a Brand Owner falling under Micro or Small Category Enterprises, you are exempted. EPR E-Waste - The Micro Scale Enterprises are exempted for EPR E-Waste Registration.

Entities(PIBOs) not registered on the EPR portal could attract penalties in the form of Environmental Compensation by CPCB It has also been directed to the registered entities to not engage with any unregistered entities
